The intraoral scan post for CTD-alphatech® implants is a gingiva former with a scan function. The implant position in the jaw is digitally recorded with the help of the intraoral scan post. Furthermore, the intraoral scan post is designed in such a way that it can also be used for conditioning the soft tissue. The digital recording of the implant position with the intraoral scan post is possible with all commercially available 3D scanning systems. The intraoral scan post is available in different diameters with a uniform gingiva height of 5.0 mm
